Asset Transfer of Medical Business

Socionext Inc. has concluded an agreement with ABLIC Inc., a 100% subsidiary of MinebeaMitsumi Inc., to transfer the assets of its medical business (Ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and LSIs) on September 6. The transfer is scheduled to be completed on December 10, 2024.
